 lovely dinner set-up
sweet aussie lady in her 60s offered us generous slices of her birthday cake, served by the staff and her husband whom i suspect played a respectable part. majority of the guests were australian and lovely, all were friendly to rival the staff.

spent a bare hour of day #2 exploring the entire island (yea it's that small) climbed some moss-coated rocks in the jungle and scared away two monitor lizards. both nights in the hut were complete with sessions of monopoly: 1st night pwned by the bro (i was 2nd-most wealthy) and 2nd night was mine to own. overall it's been a heartwarming overdose of quality family time.

i miss everything about the island already.
